- Antica Dolceria Bonajuto: The oldest chocolate shop in Modica going for more than 150 years (established 1880), known for its traditional bean-to-bar craftsmanship and historic confectionery heritage.
- Antica Dolceria Rizza: A family-run producer since 1935, celebrated for its pure, additive-free chocolate and high-quality single-origin options.
